Group Classes
RVA Endurance offers group classes utilizing the CrossFit Endurance methodology. Classes are approx. 1 hour in length, encompassing warm-up, skill work, and a group endurance workout.
Event Programming
The 10k/half-marathon train-up is a 12 week program. We will start by running a 5k time trial to use as a bench-mark time. From there your individual sprint and tempo numbers will be calculated to determine the ideal training load to meet your time goals.
The Marathon train-up is an 18 week program. We will start by running a 10k time trial to use as a bench-mark time. From there your individual sprint and tempo numbers will be calculated to determine the ideal training load to meet your time goals.
