Monument Ave. 10k Train-UpJan 16
The Monument Ave. 10k is just 75 days away! This is one of the most popular races in the country and is great for both seasoned runners and first timers. We will be starting an 8-week training program on Friday, February 3rd at 7:00 AM. We will meet Tuesdays and Fridays at 7 AM for varied, running-based workouts.
The goal of the Endurance program is to build strength, stamina, and awareness of rates of exertion so that you can feel confident about your strategy come race day. Moreover, Endurance training is an excellent complement to the CrossFit programming you are already doing (especially for those long chippers).
