Dominion Riverrock Trail Running GroupApr 3

With the weather getting nice and the days getting longer it would be crazy not to take advantage of some of the awesome trails the city has to offer.

RVA Endurance will be doing an informal running group Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 and checking out some of the trails around the city.  This will culminate with the Dominion Riverrock coming up in May.  The event has a 5k, 10k, and adventure race.   We will post the trails with maps and directions on Sunday as usual.  This is a great opportunity to get ready for Riverrock and see some parts of the city you may not have gotten to check out yet.
